Courses are offered twice a year - in the Spring and Fall - and are limited to 10 students.
----- Introduction To Meditation -----
This three evening, six-hour course is open to beginners with no background in meditation and to intermediates who want a refresher. Learn and practice techniques to reduce stress, quiet the mind, gain spiritual awareness and tune into the divinity within.
----- Exploring Human Consciousness -----
This seven evening, fourteen-hour program is designed for intermediate
and advanced meditators and those who have some knowledge of metaphysical or spiritual teachings. Subjects include levels of meditation, spirituality, relaxation, stress reduction and Soul Consciousness. Experience in meditation class can increase an understanding of controlling the mind and senses to gain peace and well-being in your everyday life.
Training includes one-on-one coaching during the advanced course until the student becomes comfortable with the technique. The student is then taught to work as a coach with other meditators.
